Description

Our state-of-the-art training system enhances live training events prior to ever taking to the fireground. FLAME-SIM aids in eliminating mistakes and enhancing safety by reinforcing departmental procedures through a process of repetition and evaluation. Because our proprietary software is based on advanced video game programming technology, your personnel will actually want to participate in as many training sessions as they can!

The scalable platform allows your training officer to set up one of a kind sessions in as little as 10 minutes, creating unique simulations with a wide variety of potential outcomes that will help sharpen the firefighters' intuitive skills.

The powerful Scenario Editor Tool makes it easy!

  • Choose a residence type
  • Determine water supply / source
  • Set vehicle staging priorities
  • Place ignition points, status and ignition timers
  • Establish hazard status
  • Victim placement and status
  • Resident / bystander presence and info
  • Window, door & garage status

Customize FLAME-SIM scenarios to mirror your department by selecting:

  • Apparatus types, names, color and inventory
  • Apparatus arrival delay
  • Department default turnout gear color
  • Default helmet color
  • Apparatus personnel
  • Arriving personnel rank
  • Personnel gender and race
  • Default air supply time

FLAME-SIM also lets you set up the character interface to match your personnel:

  • Physical damage vulnerability
  • Individual air supply times
  • Turnout gear and helmet color
  • Ranks and assignments

Once the simulation begins, firefighters are presented with challenges set by your Training Officer, and the challenges created by their actions within the simulation. No other software package can do what FLAME-SIM does!

Most importantly, FLAME-SIM generates an AFTER ACTION report, accurately detailing the actions of each participant to help evaluate skills and focus on areas for improvement. Our exclusive After Action Report gives a full breakdown of every command issued, and detailed information about the participant's response including: action taken, reaction time and result for every simulation.
