FLAME-SIM software is sold in “per seat” increments. A seat is needed for each individual that you intend to run in the environment at once. For example, if you want to operate with four live users in the same environment, you would need four seats. Each seat of software includes the software, controller, and one USB security key. The cost per seat is $1,599.00 and there are no licensing costs associated with the product.

FLAME-SIM LLC offers two training packages for departments purchasing the software. Both classes are designed to teach new users how to set up and use the FLAME-SIM training system.
The FLAME-SIM One Day setup and training class will train the department training officer to install the software, use the scenario creation editors and the basics to using the FLAME-SIM fire training simulator. Cost $1,500.00 plus travel expenses.
The FLAME-SIM Two Day setup and training class will train the user to install the software, use the scenario creation editors and the basics of using FLAME-SIM as well as running through actual training sessions with end users the following day. Cost $2,500.00 plus travel expenses.
